Minute Liberties
Exploration of 'Intimate Grammar'
A solo piece inspired by 'The Book of Intimate Grammar' by David Grossman. The solo explores the behavior of individuals in a group, in terms of exposure and communication, and how the friction between the individual and the outside world opens a 'peep hole' to an inner, hidden world. Using physicallity and text, the viewers are provoked to experience the paradox of exposure verses privacy and inner territory.
The piece premiered Jerusalem Festival for the performing arts during 2018.
Dramaturgy by the choreographer Sahar Azimi.
Original music by Alexy Ppliansky.
